# Agentova for Zapier

The Agentova app for Zapier lets you react to what your agents do, and control your automations from any Zap.

## What's in the app

| In Zapier | Kind | What it does |
| - | - | - |
| **New Lead** | Trigger | A new lead was captured by your chatbot, a Lead Ads form, your phone agent, a comment automation or a CRM source |
| **Run Completed** | Trigger | One of your automations just did something (replied, handled a form…) |
| **Automation Status Changed** | Trigger | An automation was paused, reactivated, stopped on an error, or came back after its account was reconnected |
| **Activate Automation** | Action | Turns a paused automation back on |
| **Pause Automation** | Action | Pauses an active automation |
| **Find Automation** | Search | Finds an automation by its name or its ID, to use in a later step |

All three triggers are **instant**: Agentova notifies Zapier as soon as the event happens, you don't wait for Zapier to check.

## Availability

> The Agentova app is currently **invite-only** while it goes through Zapier's review. In the Zap editor it appears as “Agentova (1.0.x) — Invite Only”. Ask Agentova for an invitation link at [contact@agentova.ai](mailto:contact@agentova.ai); once the app is public, you'll find it by simply searching “Agentova”.

## Before you start

* An Agentova workspace where you're an **admin** (to create the API key).
* A Zapier account.
* At least one automation in your workspace if you want to try the automation triggers and actions.
